WHY WE DANCE
Please join this ritual for peace. In silence and in community, we move together to honor those lost, to hold what cannot be spoken, and to affirm our shared humanity. With each gesture, each breath, and each circle we create, we transform a tragic moment in our city’s history into an embodied offering of bearing witness, resilience, and unity.
The Table of Silence Project 9/11 has become part of how New York City commemorates this day each year, and we are grateful to the dancers who have carried this work from its inception.

RETURNING DANCERS
Returning dancers are not required to attend the Open Call, but must register each year. Please complete the form below and indicate you are a past performer, including the year or years you performed.
REHEARSAL PERIOD
Rehearsals take place August 20 through September 11 (subject to change). If you have any concerns about rehearsal availability, please note them in the form below as soon as possible.
